What is Encapsulation?

It will help with all of the above mentioned issues. We put down a heavy plastic barrier (about triple the thickness of a vapor barrier), then it attaches to the walls and seals around all of your columns, plumbing, and joints.

This will block the gases escaping from the earth, as well as keep out the pollen or pollutants coming in at the foundation level.
